Nigel Power KC has obtained convictions for murder against both Luke Kendrick and Ryan Bate in a well publicised trial at the Crown Court at Liverpool.
Vincent Waddington was shot whilst the pillion passenger on a motorbike being ridden by Francis Humphries in Garston in July 2014. The jury accepted that Luke Kendrick and Ryan Bate were both in the car which chased the motorbike and ran over it after the shooting.
